There is speculation the picture is photoshopped, and it does look kind of quirky, BUT...the image appeared on MSNBC and if you look at the image’s credit line — “Allan Tannenbaum-Pool / Getty Images” —you can go to their site and see the image is indeed from Getty Images and can be found on their site, with the watermark.

So all that was missing was the band playing and Obama talking through God Save the Queen.
